This is a technical error, and there’s no need to worry about your money. If your payment is completed and shows "Payment Failed," our team will review the transaction, and your order status will be updated within 24 hours. Q2: Do you have a return policy?


Answer:
We have a No Returns Policy. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or the wrong item was delivered.


Q3: What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect item. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund if the item is out of stock.
